Graduated..went to Sweet Briar College in Virginia, graduated from U of F, major in History, skiied on UF Water Ski Team. Worked for Congressman in DC, sold real estate in Virginia then Colorado (for 10 years), made lots of money, bought a sailboat and got my captain's license. I am living in Orange Park doing real estate development. Frequent Green Turtle Cay in the Bahamas. I have been married and divorced, still looking for Prince Charming, but he's late. Keep up with some classmates, but would like to find others. This is a GREAT idea. Good for you guys.

Graduated Dental Hygiene School 1970, worked in same periodontal practice for 26 years in Jax, married to Senator Jim King. Politics has been our life since 1986. Prior to that, we loved to boat, scuba, fish and travel. We live in Jacksonville but spend lots of time in Tallahassee where we also keep a home. When we have free time (ha, ha) we like to R & R at our river place in Welaka. When I've had enough of all that and Jim is heavy into the political scene, I am fortunate enough to have good female friends to world travel--still full of an adventuresome spirit! I'm in the Bahamas with Linda Odum at this very moment doing this because it's raining! Brother Greg is married, with one son, living in San Diego, sister Nancy is married with 2 children living in NY, father still in family home in OP, mother deceased. As if OPHS wasn't enough, I'm working on my college degree through FSU with computer classes. Am anxious to organize a core group to plan our 35th reunion--in 2003? Yee gads! Can you get the word out to my former classmates to contact me and volunteer to help? This is great!

I have been married to my husband since 1972. He has been in the military since 1976 and hopes to retire soon. We are hoping to settle in Florida, since we are both from there. My two oldest sons graduated from the University of Florida, just as their father did. My daughter graduated with her Masters from the Unviersity of Florida in May 2004. My youngest son is also in college in Gainesville. I graduated with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. I will retire in March, 2006.

After 25 years as an Air Force wife, I am living in our dream home in the middle of 21 acres of beautiful woods just north of Colorado Springs. My husband, Mike, and I designed and he helped to build our Victorian farmhouse. 30+ years of collecting antiques, I now have a home that will hold them all. I now spend most of my time creating Christmas items for fall craft shows. I am one of those crazy ladies that think Christmas 12 months a year. My husband and I love to travel, so when time permits, we take off in his little plane. We usuallly are headed out to see old friends from our AF years or fmily who live out of state. Mike has been flying for Southwest Airlines for the past 8 years and he will retire again in 3 years. I guess then we will have lots more time to travel and take care of things around here. A Victorian house is always a work in progress and we wouldn't have it any other way.

After OPHS, graduated from UF. Taught at the Bolles School for 7 years. While teaching, I returned to UNF and acquired an Accounting Degree in 1980. Starting in June, 1980, I've worked for State Farm Insurance Companies for 21 years, in Jacksonville, the corporate offices in Bloomington, IL and Southern California. I currently manage all recruiting and hiring for State Farm's Systems Department, a department of over 5000 employees. I have a son and daughter who are currently at UF. She is in her 2nd year of law school and he will graduate in December, 2001. I'be been married for 29 years.
