I attended OPHS freshman and sophomore years. Wanted to see how my class of 1971 friends are doing. I left OPHS in 1969 and moved to Italy where I graduated from Vicenza HS. Have lived in Northern Virginia for the past 20 years. Graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1975 and have had careers as a homemaker, project manager in the computer field and now I am a financial advisor and have my own business. I have 5 children, 2 boys and 3 girls, ranging in age from 24 to 3. Needless to say, we stay very busy!

I have been living in Santa Monica for almost 20 years. I have my own business of dealing in used and surplus computer equipment. Every Saturday, I run in the local mountains and take pictures for the group. I have run in 17 marathons since 1992.

I am now married to a beautiful woman named Anna. She has a 14 year old daughter named Kate. Anna and I will have been married for exactly one year on the 20th of May. I have a front-end alignment business in Rome, Ga. It's called Alan's Alignment. My life is going great!

Well...contrary to my "radical" profile, I ended up a hometown (Jax) girl! :)
I bumped around in college for a couple of years, and finally trained as an X-Ray technologist. I've worked at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonivlle for 23 years, and am currently a Sr. Systems Analyst. I married in 1980 and adopted my husband's 2 children. I unfortunately was widowed in 1989, but I now have 2 wonderful grandchildren to enjoy (one born just this month 5/01). I think 2001 is most apropos for a reunion. It has truly been an "Odyssey" for me since graduating in '71. Hard to believe it's been 30 years. Life has had so many different lessons to teach me. I hope to have 30 more (at least)!. This is a wonderful web site. I would like to extend my appreciation to Richard and those of you who have worked so hard to develop it for all of us. Thanks so much.

Moved to Nebraska in 1972 with family. Worked for various motorcycle dealers in the Parts Dept., eventually became a Parts Manager. Walked away from the industry in 1978 and drove a semi-truck across the U.S. and Quebec until 1988. Was married in 1977 to a owner-operator of a semi truck, drove with him till my second son was born and then semi-retired from the road. Stayed home with the kids until they started school and then worked for the school as a bus driver and treacher's aide for special-ed high school students. Eventually left that and came to work in Omaha for a turf equipment distributor and Fermec tractor dealer. I work in the services department processing work orders and warranties for 3 store locations across Iowa and Nebraska.

Moved from OP my Junior year (1969) to California (father was in the Navy), graduated high school in Sunnyvale and moved back to OP, where I married my first husband (who was in the Air Force). Was stationed in Illinois and Northern California. Divorced and moved back to Southern California, had 2 children (Tarrah and Troy), went to Nursing School in Long Beach, CA. Started working in Trauma/ER in Long Beach but moved to Tonawanda, NY (between Buffalo and Niagra Falls) a year later and worked in a County Trauma Center for 4 very long years. Moved to Leesburg, FL (between Ocala and Orlando) and have worked in the ER at a local hospital for 11 years. Happily married for 28 years. Have one grandchild that I know of. Would love to hear from anyone that remembers me. I did not graduate from OPHS but went to school with this class since 4th grade...as far as I am concerned, this was my graduating class!

I've been married and divorced 2 times since graduation. My surviving son, Mason, is 12 and attends a local Catholic school. I am still in the construction field and keep in touch with many of my old classmates.
