I have been a teacher in Clay County for 12 years and currently teach 4th grade at Ridgeview Elementary. I have 2 degrees from UNF--Elementary Education--Early Childhood and Educational Leadership. I am currently working on National Teacher's Certification. I attend First Baptist, Jacksonville. I love country music and appreciate other forms of music. I dream about having a ranch with horses, but on a teacher's salary -- it may have to stay a dream.

I joined the Navy in 1994. I went to Navy Training for a year in Pensacola and was stationed in Hawaii for 4 1/2 years. I got out in 1990 and worked a couple of odd jobs until I started working at AT&T Universal Card in 1993. I started in Customer Service and now I am a Business Analyst and Production Support Manager. I got married in 1996 and have 4 wonderful children (a boy Zach (8), who I adopted and a girl Taylor (4), girl Laura (3) and Alexander (2).) I am very interested in sports. I follow college football religiously. My team is the Seminoles. I've been a fan since about 1978. I am an avid golfer. When I was playing regularly (pre-marriage and pre-kids) I was shooting in the mid to high 70's. I don't get to play much anymore (2 to 3 times a year) but I still shoot under 90. I still follow Orange Park sports and I want to congratulate this year's Boys Soccer team who just won the state title. I played soccer on our 9th grade team (back-up). I also played on the Golf team.

Former Army Air Defense Officer. Recently returned from Saudi Arabia where I was a PATRIOT Missile instructor for Raytheon Middle East Systems Company. Currently working as a system analyst supporting the U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command in Huntsville, AL. Have 3 wonderful children, two boys (Jimmie III & Tayler) and a little girl (Bailey) ages 12, 5.5 and 4 respectively.
