I have been teaching at OPHS since 1972 and have been sponsoring cheerleaders since 1976. I continue to love the students of OPHS and have been there long ecough (obviously) to be teaching sons and daughters of former students. I hope all Raiders are doing well and are happy!

Mickey and I both worked in the school. I was in the main office and he was an electrical wiring teacher, Dean of students and Ass't Principal. Then, he was a Vocational Director for Clay County. We both retired four years ago. He's on the School Board and I'm REALLY retired. Lovin' our grandchildren and traveling when we can.

A busy senior citizen! Involved with 1) Computers-graphics products like business cards, posters, banners, etc. Have written and self-published a math handbook, "The Keys to Solving Word Problems". (It's for sale). 2) Research-behavior disorders in children (RAD). 3) Volunteer work for seniors: manage a ballroom dance at GCS Sr. Center every other Monday. Youth program at 1st Presbyterian Church (Homework Help) in math every Wednesday afternoon. 4) Recreation - ballroom dancing 3 times a week (for Health), walking 3 miles, 6 mornings per week. 5) Clay County Retired Educators Association.
